Building plots for one or two homes, including infill sites in towns and villages.
Garden land
Large rear or side gardens with space and access for a new home.
Small sites
Sites for a small group of homes, typically under ten.
With planning
Sites with an existing permission, including ones that have stalled or need redesigning.
Without planning
Land with potential where we can take on the planning work and risk.
Buildings to replace
Tired houses, bungalows or outbuildings on a plot that could do more.

We check the title, planning history and site constraints from the details you send.

Site visit
We walk the site with you and talk through what could be built and the likely timescales.

Appraisal
We test layouts, build costs and values to work out what the land is worth to us.

Offer
A clear written offer, subject to contract, explaining how we reached it.
